The type of information I collect from you
Like most places on the Internet, simply by visiting my website you automatically tell us certain information. This includes basic information such as your IP address, when you visited, the website from where you came prior to visiting us, the website where you go when you leave our websites, your computer’s operating system, and the type of web browser that you are using. Which personal data is involved exactly?
Because you visit the website, fill in a contact form, and / or make use of the services of ‘mindful-tutoring.com’, your personal data are processed: first name, last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, IP address (the address from where the website was visited, ie the internet connection used) and information about your activities on the website.

Why are they requested?
To contact you and to be able to perform the service (an individual guidance or group meeting). I logically use your name and contact details to maintain contact and inform you about relevant matters related to the guidance. The support includes all support outside the sessions, and all information you share by mail, I save carefully. Information shared by telephone is not recorded in writing. Your data is also processed to analyze visitor behavior to improve the website.
What do I do with your information
I use your information to operate my website’s business activities. For example, I may use this data to contact you about changes to my websites, new services, or special offers, resolve disputes, troubleshoot issues, invoice you for services, and enforce our website’s terms and conditions.

How long will your data remain?
No longer than is necessary to realize the goals for which your data is collected. In concrete terms: the data of existing clients will not be kept longer than two years after the last supervised session. The data of potential clients will not be kept longer than two years after the first contact if no agreement is reached. There is one exception: just like any entrepreneur, I am legally obliged to keep my records, including invoices with address details, for seven years.

Yes, only if this is necessary due to a legal obligation or a legitimate interest such as reasonable business practice:

The security of your personal information is important to me. I follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to me, both during transmission and once I receive it. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card number) on order forms that is hosted by my third party service providers, the transmission of that information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

This analyzes visitor and click behavior on the website. This information is stored by Google on servers in the United States and processed in reports on the functioning of the website. On the websites of Google and Google Analytics you will find their privacy policy with more information.
This collection of data is done in a privacy-friendly manner; I have anonymized the unique customer part of the IP address, ‘data sharing’ has been disabled, and no combination of other Google services with Google Analytics is used.
Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally obliged to do so, or insofar as these third parties process the information on behalf of Google. I have no influence on this.
