I’m Kerstin Waldstein, and I help people turn their homes into a healthy and harmonious place—especially at night, when we sleep.

Imagine your body is like a phone. When you sleep, your energy recharges, just like your phone when it's plugged in. But what happens if the charging cable is broken? Your phone doesn’t charge properly. It’s the same for your body when it’s disturbed by invisible radiation!

For years, I have been concerned about the rising levels of electrosmog in our homes and surroundings, and the potential impact on our health. These invisible influences can disrupt our bodies' natural balance and interfere with the essential nightly regeneration process.
